FAQ

Common questions about using Organize.US.

Go to Find Events. You can search by keyword, city/state, or ZIP code. If you allow location access, we’ll use your approximate location to show nearby events.

Open an event and use the RSVP / signup form. If the event offers multiple time slots, select your preferred time(s). After submitting, you may receive confirmation or follow-up from the organizer.

Check your spam/junk folder and confirm you entered the correct email. Wait a few minutes and try again. If it still doesn’t arrive, email us at support@organize.us with the email you used.

If you have an organizer account, use the “Manage” area to create events, edit details, add locations/time slots, and view RSVPs. If you don’t see management tools, you may need to sign in with the correct organizer email.

Please email support@organize.us with the event link, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or details.
